AImpact ("we", "our", "us") operates the AImpact Dashboard platform at app.a-impact.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our services.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password.
Google Account Data: If you sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar/Gmail, we access your email address, name, calendar availability, and the ability to send emails on your behalf. We only access what you explicitly authorize.
Contact Data: Contact lists you upload (names, phone numbers, emails, company names) for campaign purposes.
Call Data: Call recordings, transcripts, and analytics processed through our voice AI agents via Retell AI.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. Your Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and refreshed automatically.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can disconnect third-party integrations (Google, Telegram) at any time from the Settings page. You can revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
